Rasch Stacking Analysis: Academic Burnout Mahasiswa Ditinjau dari Jenis Kelamin

The many problems that arise as a result of online learning cause academic burnout in students. This study aims to describe academic burnout and test whether there are differences in student academic burnout in terms of gender. The sample in this study was 347 students of guidance and counseling students of Indraprasta University PGRI Jakarta, consisting of 40 men and 307 women. The sampling technique uses accidental sampling. The research design used is a comparative descriptive. The data collection instrument uses an academic bunrout scale. Analyze the data using descriptive analysis, independent test of t-test samples combined with rasch stacking. The results showed that the level of academic burnout of male students was lower than that of women and there were no significant differences in terms of gender. The results of the research can be used as material for the preparation of guidance and counseling programs to overcome academic burnout of students.
