This journal seeks to enhance the understanding and implementation of effective educational governance through the publication of original research articles, reviews, reports, and academic commentaries. <strong>Counseling and Sprituality</strong> covers a wide range of topics, including Learning Management, Teacher Professional Development, Subject Content Development, Educational and Learning Strategies, Innovation in Educational Management Across the Spectrum, Development of Educational Delivery Mechanisms, Creation of Efficient Environments in Educational Resource Management, and the Sharing of New Initiatives with International Applicability.</p> <p align="justify"><strong>Counseling and Sprituality</strong> (e-ISSN : <a href="https://issn.lipi.go.id/terbit/detail/20220627140913224">2830-6406</a>) is a double-blind peer-reviewed journal published by <strong><a href="https://poins.or.id">Yayasan Potret Indonesia Sejahtera (PoInS)</a>,</strong> Indonesia. The articles in this journal are published bi-annually: January–June and July–December. The editorial team is committed to open and critical dialogue and encourages scholarly papers from different disciplines, using diverse methodologies, and from all corners of the globe.</p> <p align="justify">Please read and understand the author's guidelines for the preparation manuscript. <p><em>This study aims to examine the relationship between parental support and career planning among 12th-grade DKV students at SMKN X. The research employed a quantitative correlational design. The population consisted of 67 students, with the sampling technique applied being total sampling. The instruments used were the Parental Support Scale and the Career Planning Scale. Data analysis included the Kolmogorov-Smirnov normality test, which confirmed that the data were normally distributed (p > 0.05), and a linearity test that indicated a linear relationship between the variables (p < 0.05). The hypothesis was tested using Pearson Product Moment correlation, yielding a coefficient of r = 0.462 with p = 0.000 (p < 0.01). This result supports the research hypothesis that there is a positive and significant relationship between parental support and career planning. The correlation level is classified as moderate, with parental support contributing 21.34% to career planning, while the remaining 78.66% is influenced by other factors. In conclusion, the higher the parental support, the better students’ career planning. These findings emphasize the crucial role of parents not only in providing emotional support but also in offering information, motivation, and resources that guide students’ career direction particularly in creative fields such as DKV, where career prospects are often questioned.</em></p>GusdianaHarri KurniawanRany FitrianyUmmil KhairiyahRina Mariana
