Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of psychoeducation regarding toxic friendship through group guidance services using the sharing experience technique for foster children at the An-Nur Pasanehan Orphanage. Although this orphanage implements a religious environment by instilling Islamic values, the adolescent dynamics within it still give rise to small groups (cliques) that are vulnerable to unhealthy relationships. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, with data collected through participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation during Field Experience Practice (PPL) activities. The results showed that prior to the intervention, there was social fragmentation in the form of exclusive cliques that triggered manipulative behavior and dominance among peers. The implementation of group guidance with the sharing experience technique proved effective in creating a safe space for foster children to perform emotional catharsis and identify the characteristics of toxic friendships within their circles. Post-intervention, the foster children showed an increase in assertive behavior aligned with the values of akhlakul karimah (noble character), as well as a reduction in exclusivity among small groups in the orphanage. This study concludes that strengthening religious-based relational literacy is crucial for creating harmony in the communal life of the An-Nur Pasanehan Orphanage Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan psikoedukasi mengenai toxic friendship melalui layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik berbagi pengalaman bagi anak asuh di Panti Asuhan An-Nur Pasanehan. Meskipun panti asuhan ini menerapkan lingkungan yang agamis dengan penanaman nilai-nilai Islamiah, dinamika remaja di dalamnya tetap memunculkan kelompok-kelompok kecil (klik) yang rentan terhadap relasi tidak sehat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif, dengan data yang dikumpulkan melalui observasi partisipatif, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi selama kegiatan Praktik Pengalaman Lapangan (PPL). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebelum intervensi, terdapat fragmentasi sosial dalam bentuk klik-klik eksklusif yang memicu perilaku manipulatif dan dominasi antar teman sebaya. Implementasi bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik berbagi pengalaman (sharing experience) terbukti efektif menciptakan ruang aman bagi anak asuh untuk melakukan katarsis emosional dan mengidentifikasi ciri-ciri toxic friendship dalam lingkaran mereka. Pasca-intervensi, anak asuh menunjukkan peningkatan sikap asertif yang selaras dengan nilai akhlakul karimah, serta mencairnya eksklusivitas antar kelompok kecil di panti. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa penguatan literasi relasional berbasis nilai agama sangat krusial untuk menciptakan harmoni dalam kehidupan komunal panti asuhan An-Nur Pasanehan.
